Rena Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Rena, founded in 1906. It has sections for association football, gymnastics, athletics, orienteering, swimming, triathlon, tennis, cheerleading, cycling, biathlon and Nordic skiing. The club has a ski jumping hill named Renabakken.
